  3. Once approved, we will provide the return address and instructions
  4. Ship the item back and share the tracking number with us

5. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 3–7 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost
  • If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable
